Background
Vodacom Engage App is a platform allowing businesses to engage with their employees through features like connecting to news feeds keeping your employees up to date, allowing employees to search for other employees, connecting to HR with Workplace and Social Chorus, view your pay slip and rewards and view the latest policies, log service requests with your facilities department, allowing employees to order food available at Vodacom offices and connecting with different wellness service providers.
Requirements
As Covid-19 hit us, everyone needed to adapt to the new ways of working. Business needed to keep track of their employees Covid status, complete the mandatory pre-screening and daily questionnaires without having to queue at the reception. This will save employees time when having to come to the office and also give accurate reporting and help business give the right support to employees during these trying times.
User Story
1: As a user I want to view my COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaires as well as the criteria status when I click the Mandatory Pre-screening tile so that have access to complete or update the forms as well as sight of the criteria status.
2: As a user I want to complete the Pre-Screening Questionnaire so that I adhere to the return to work policies.
